The Love-Seat

After lots of hard work, and probably lots of strain on my back, I've decided not to reupholster my love-seat. There was a moment when I really wanted to, but after that moment passed, I decided that it was just going to be too much work and lots of money. My first problem occured when I was attempting to take off the old fabric. I just wanted so badly to tare it off, or cut it off with scissors, but the instructions that I had said to keep the old fabric as your guide to cut pieces of new fabric. Despite my noble attempt at keeping everything intact, it was just too hard! And then as I'm looking at my sofa wondering how I'm going to get all the old nails and staples out and then try to get it back into one piece again, I realized that there was a huge hole in the back of the sofa! After carefully disecting my sofa, I realized that the wood frame was totally shot. So, instead of trying to fix it and spending tons of time and effort on it, I decided to give it away(FOR FREE) on craigslist.com. I have gotten two emails about it so far, but still no one has picked it up! My next problem with this couch occured this morning when I decided that it was time to move it to the garage; I couldn't get it through the doorway of my room! I was so afraid that it was going to be stuck in my room forever! So I called my brother to see if he could help me. When he came over, he just took off the door and slid the couch out. I was ecstatic!! So now, I need to find a new or slightly used love-seat for a very reasonable price and I need to get rid of my old one! Any takers?

Here are some photos of my sad love-seat:
