I'm Back!

Sorry that it's been so long without any new posts; it is hard for me to stay focused on one thing, ex. blogging. Well, I'm back! And I have two new crafts that I've done in my absence. The first is stolen from my friend Becca. I was at her apartment the other day and noticed that she had these really cute magnets on her fridge that she had made out of bottle tops. So I stole her idea and made some for myself:


1. You hot glue a magnet on the top of the bottle cap.


2. Then you cut out fun paper or stickers and hot glue them on the inside of the bottle cap.
It makes super fun colorful magnets for your fridge!

Then I found some fun bottle caps when I was on a road trip, so I used them to make magnets too!

1. I glued the inside of the bottle cap, layers of cardboard, and then finishing off the stack with a magnet.

The finished project looks oh so cute!








The other thing that I've been working on is making a bag. My sister gave me this very plain blue bag and it just really needed something on the front, so here's what I've been working on. I used a pattern for a butterfly from how about orange and then just cut out the butterflies from scrapes I had lying around the house.
